Catch up !!

The 24Th went to 10p.m. mass,  it was great,  They had the posada play on.  The kids and Joseph and Mary were out side the church singing for a place to sleep.  The people inside the church sang to let them in to have a place to stay.  They came in and Mary was on a real burro that came into the church !!!  That was exciting.  You would never see that in that the states.  We then came home and went to bed.  Christmas day got up and opened presents, then went to the beach.  Sunday went to church, then to Chuy and Chipna for breakfast.  We stayed there for a while for the party of the town get together.  Monday went to the beach with Andes 1 of Maverick's friends here in the neighbor.   This time we went to the 1 in Puerto Vallarta.  The gay beach.   Came home so everyone but, me wanted to watch football.  Tuesday Jim stayed home to do a cage on a pickup for a friend and the kids and i went to the beach.  We then came home and went to the circus.  It was really good.  Lots of animals there.  Today is a day of rest.  And MAYBE laundry don't hold your breathe.   Jim and WW

Too Many Fiesta's !!!!

No Whining Allowed about Fiesta's !!!  We picked up April Maverick and Delani at the airport on 17.   Friday we went to school about 10 am for the fiesta there.  Played games and ate and gave away the bikes.  Saturday had our block Christmas party for the neighbor hood.  Sunday went to church, ate at Wayland's,  Then went to Gustvo's and Chuy's to have a b.b.q...  Monday was the Grand Opening for the orphanage.  Helped Veronica get things ready, was there from 11-6:30.  Had lots of fun.  Tuesday was my baby girls birthday.  We went to Irma's for Jim to do some work there. He built some shelf's for her.  But before this we went to the beach and had a great time there..  I made 5 watermelon baskets for the different party's the more practice the faster i get.  And today is a time for rest a little.  Thank goodness.

Girls Day Out !!!

Today was girls day out.  We went out for breakfast and then to the movies.  We saw I think it was Old Dads with John and Robin  it was hilarious !!!  We laughed our butts off.  I will buy this movie when it comes out.  You need to see it.  Have to get ready for the April, Maverick and Delani to come in tomorrow.  Yeah !!!! can't wait for them to get here.  Came home to cook supper for my LOVE of My LIFE..  Stay warm or cool my friends.  Jim and WW

David & Sandra

Dave and Sandra with Nikki came in on Wednesday from Alaska.  We had a great time with them,  took them to the Mexican fiesta at the ranch.  Then another Christmas party at our friends.  The lights went out on the block so we kind of had it with candle light.  Sandra danced with lots of our friends.  We then went down to the malecon to walk there.  Went to the pirate ship cruise last night.  Had a great time...  Took them to the marina to walk around there eat lunch then went to the airport.  Now we get ready for April, Maverick and Delani to come in.  Yeah !!!!!!

Family Coming !!!

We have just been doing some little touch ups here at the house.  We have family coming in on Wednesday.  It will be exciting, for them to be coming it is their 1st time here.  I went out last Wednesday with the girls on our girls day out.  We tried a new restaurant in PTO. Vallarta, the food was great and they gave us a lot.  We were so full that we could not finish it all.  Been doing to much around here that we need visitors to get a break.  It rained here the other day all night it was hard to believe.  But, at least it was cool for the day.  Well friends stay warm or cool.  Later Jim and WW

In Mexico !!!

Hi we are safe and sound in Mexico.  Had a great Thanksgiving with friends.  Today was Diamond Jim's birthday.  Made him a great brunch.  Everything is good here, it was all in tack.  We had a great trip down here.  There are a lot of stores and restaurants closed due to the economy.  But, hopefully things will pick up soon for them down here.  The weather is fantastic,  hope that it is for you.  Talk to you soon Jim and WW

Hit the road Jim !!!!

It's been a long time,  but we are back on the road again.  We just left  April's today ( that's in Georgia) we are heading south west now.  We will make a quick stop in San Antonio, TX. to see my mom.  Then, from there we are go to Mexico.  The weather should be good all the way,  I hope.  But will keep on now till wee get to Mexico.  So stay warm or cool my friends.  Jim and WW

Left Nashville,Tn.

We left Effingham,IL.  and then stopped in Paducah,Ky...   Stopped at Wal-mart to get soup and watch my soap, then Jim was able to take a nap.  I goofed around the town there to see what was around.  Gone about 3 hours.  That gave my love time to sleep.  We left and then went to the E. side of Nashville,Tn...  Pulled into the TA for the night so we could watch Dancing with the Stars.   Now on the road to Choo-Choo,Tn.  have to see what happens next.  Other then the weather is better here.  Talk to you later   Jim and WW

On the Road Again to head South

We got the car body fixed and back.  Wanted to make a pass over the weekend it rained.  Till Sunday went to Cordova to start the car, it was a beautiful day.  Car sounds real good and looks good.  We packed up everything on Monday from all the places we had stuff at.  We got out of Dodge (Sterling,IL) it was just getting to cold, we have no winter clothes.   Jim is sick along the way, so we will take our time to get to April's.  Our bodies are use to the temperature's of 66 - 86 degrees and it was colder then that.  We feel like the Mexican when we go down there.  The weather is 68 - 72 degrees and they have winter coats with gloves and hats.  And us in pants with t-shirts.  Our blood is very thin now.  We are heading to Georgia to see April and the grand kids.  Then about the 25Th we start heading down to Mexico.  Yeah !!!!  So my friends start to stay warm or cool,  don't know what you have.  Talk to you later  Jim and WW

It's Chili !!!!

And I don't mean cooking either.  We need to get our ends tied here so we can start heading south.  We have no winter clothes !!!  We have been trying to get the car done so we can get out of dodge.  We have been packing the racing gear and putting it away.  To get the Mexico things to take down.  Plus i have to get April's things together to take down that she left.  Hopefully i will have everything done by Thursday..  We want to head out by Monday.  Till then we have to try and stay warm.  Talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Watching Dancing with the Stars

Tuesday stayed at home while Jim went to work on the car.  Then cam to pick me up and we hung out together running errands and grabbed something to eat.  Watched Dancing with the Stars.  Today, I took him back to work on the car.  Today was Tuesday laundry day.  Mini went with me to keep me company.  We then had lunch and went to get Jim.  Dropped Jim off at Mike's station and Mini and i went to Walmart to get pictures done from the Colorado trip.  Talk to you later   Jim and WW

Working to get ready to head down south

I made a long trip to go see Holly in Colorado.  She had a lot of work to do for her officer training class.  I took Mini and Carmen to bingo while Holly was at class.  Then we would take her out to eat.  Mini and Carmen stayed at the hotel and i sleeped at Holly's apartment.  We went to see the Garden of the Gods and to the Air Force Academy to see the chapel.  It was just beautiful.  check pictures on shutterfly.  We were they till Thursday p.m. , then we left to go to Branson,Mo.  We visited Carmen's brother there.  Stayed 1 night and went to breakfast.  Then left to come back to Sterling.  Jim wanted me back so we could go to Grant's baptism on Sunday.  Got home on Saturday night, then got up the next morning to go to Lincoln for the baptism.  We then headed home grabbed a bit to eat.  We came home to Delila and just chilled out.  Today Jim went to Chadwick to work on the car and i stayed home.  He came home and then took me to run some errands.   So now we are watching Dancing with the Stars.  Stay comfortable my friends.  WW

Colorado

Not much is going on, other then i left for Colorado to come see Holly.  Saturday Jim and i went to the parade in Sterling.  Did a little laundry for both of us to have clothes while i am gone.  Jim and i went to church on Sunday and then breakfast.  I left with Mini and Carmen for the road trip.  Jim left to Karren's to put up fence.  Right this very minute i am sitting at the bingo hall watching Mini and Carmen play while i get to do stuff on the computer.  They have had a little snow here.  Then today it was raining up in the mountains.  Try to stay i don't know cool or warm?  Who knows now.  Talk to you later Jim and WW

Jim is making me sick !!!!

Tuesday i went with Mini and Carmen to Peru to Big Lots to shop for some Red Hat stuff.  They dropped me off then Jim wanted me to help him with the car.  With all the fiberglass and smoke in the garage just kicked my asthma in big time.  Thought we were going to make a trip to the e.r..  Today we went to Cordova to see Scott and Laura  got Maverick's  plague  says " CDP  56 World Series   Start of the 3rd Generation. "   I guess that's  great because he has the only Crownhart car that is able to race.  Then we stopped to see Mike to get some Jr. dragster spare parts.  Came back i went to Mini to get Holly stuff together to take to her this week.  And get the Mexico stuff together.  So stay cool my friends.  Jim and WW

Repairs !!!

Saturday Jim worked on the body of the car.  I didn't do to much, still trying to get rid of this cold.  Had to run some errands and hit a few rummage sales.  Then went to my friend Isabel's to pick up some bikes that she got for me.  Took them to the bike guy to check them out and made a deal with him to get 3 more bikes from him at the end on the month.  Sunday we went to church then to breakfast.  Came home to drop Jim off to work on the body again!  Mini and I went to Chicago to go see Tiffany.  Saw her apartment, cute place.  I am so proud that she decided to get it.  She took us to a Whole Wheat store Mini went nuts in there.  Then we went to meet some of her friends and had a good time there.  We will make another trip up there to see her.  Today we are going to the parade in Rockford.  Stay cool my friends.  Jim and WW

Too Much Going On !!!!

How do i start?  April, Maverick and Delani made it in on Wednesday 11:30 p.m. took them to Cordova.  Thursday and Friday went to Sterling to get some things done and get groceries for the weekend.  Maverick had to start racing early Saturday a.m. that was good he was getting antsy about racing.  We were getting ready for our 1st run Saturday night .  We ran Dan,  at the end of the run Jim flew by the end of the track and into the sandpit.  Only about 160 m.p.h.  Dan had taken out Jim's chute and he didn't know till it was to late, for the reverse to pop out sooner.  Rolled the car over and did damage to  it.  Luckily Dan took out the chute because it saved him from hitting the wall head on,  but broad sided it instead.  He totally out his car.  But, we have to must damage that we can't go to Canada this weekend  ( that sucks it was going to be a  great weekend to).They are both fine and the safety crew did an excellent job on getting the guys out.  Sunday Maverick won 1 and 2 round in the Jr dragster but, couldn't make 3rd round because they had to catch the plane back to Georgia.  Stayed at Cordova till Monday p.m. then came to Sterling to clean the chassis on the car.  Then left Thursday to the Quad Cities to get the chassis fixed.  Had a few things to fix on it, more then what we thought.  Now its fixed,  have to get the engine cleaned and fix the body.  So, now we are in Sterling again to do some more work to it, so we can get going racing again.  Just love  that Gypsy life.  So may friends will try to keep up on this.  Stay cool  Jim and WW

Back in town

Got back Tuesday and things have been crazy since.  Wednesday went to lunch with the girls from walmart.  For supper went out with Ernie and Shelly.  Thursday took Delila to Tampico to get the oil change and tune up.  Went to Polo to meet a friend to make some letters but never call so ate at Polo restaurant.  Jim stay with Delila and i spent the day with my lovely sister that i miss very much.  Even though i talk to her every day.  Friday i went to a few sales not much has Jim says ( did you find something that you can't live without)  next time i will leave him at home.  We then went out to eat with Ed and Linda in Oregon at the steak house.  That is a very nice place to go.  So today we will be going to the Whiteside county fair to demolition derby  with the boys and grand kids.  This will be nice.  Stay cool my friends  Jim and WW

Back in the U.S.A.

I like it when we come back then i have Internet all the time.  In Canada its hit or miss.  Friday i had it for awhile then they moved us and could get a darn thing.  So, i had to go all weekend without.  The track at Shannonville was a motorcycle track also,  it was a cute little track but the good thing was that we were done running early by 5:30p.m...  That was fantastic then we had the rest of the evening to us.  We are heading back to Sterling to get some work done on Delila.  Then to Cordova to race there, and back to Canada.  But not to much longer before we head for Mexico!!!!.  Yeah !!!!  Will talk to you  later stay cool my friends.  Jim and WW

Yeah !! Internet

I am so Happy, Happy   that for a little track they have wi-fi here.  We drove here yesterday.  It was only about 3 hours to get here.  We made a stop at wal-mart to get a few supplies not much.  We will be back in the great U.S.A.  by Monday p.m..  So, I told Jim  lets walk to this store called the Bulk Barn to get some things I wanted to pick up.  I (like a dummy) said lets walk it only about 3 blocks.  LIAR,LIAR  It was more like 11 blocks,  it was hot as heck.  But, we stop at the Goodwill store,  Had lunch at a new restaurant along the way.  And,  like my wonderful LOVE said "I will help you care the bag".  It was only about 15#'s .  Thanks HONEY  I Love ya.  So now we are waiting to find out where we have to park so we can go into town to see whats there.  Stay cool my friends,  because we are trying to.  Talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Thursday on to Shannonville, Ontario

We got here to Paolo and Shannon's on Monday p.m...   Shannon went to an AC-DC concert that night.  Tuesday didn't do to much, but clean Delila.  Today just hanging out to see if i can figure out how to get the whale CD on to the computer,  so that i can send them on facebook and shutterfly.  I don't know if Shannonville track has internet.  It's not going to be pretty if i don't.   So my friends stay cool.  Talk to you later  Jim and WW

It's TIME to head back to Canada !!!!

We had a great time in this town.  Racing was fantastic,  saw some old friends and met some new friends.  It went real smooth.  Just had a flat on the trailer !  Back again got that done.  Sunday we just goofed around had to go to walmart my whale pictures were upside down on the CD.  Poor Jim he is so tired of looking at my whale pictures.  I am so proud of them.  I am still having trouble getting them on the computer.  So now we are going back to Canada to race in Shannonville,Ontario.  Will see my friends in Illinois real soon can't wait.  Stay cool my friends talk to you later.  Jim and WW

SWEET WHALES, WHALES and more WHALES!!!!

Got up early to go to the Hampton's and breakfast.  Check out the shops and walk the beach.  Then left at 12:30 to head for the Whales  tour, was at 2p.m..  Check pictures on facebook and shutterfly under  diamondjimracing.com..  They were so cool to watch them jumping and feeding.  We saw about 9 different whales.  I just didn't want to come back.  The pictures are awesome!!  If only i had a digital camera.   Today we went to the science hall to see some other exhibits about whales.  Then went to see Hampton's again,  stayed to hear the band that they had tonight.  I keep telling Jim i could hear the whales calling my name to " come back, come back"  like on the titanic.  ha ha   But naturally Jim couldn't hear a thing.   I'm trying to talk him into going back Sunday or Monday again.  Hope you enjoy the pictures.  Stay cool my friends.  Jim and WW

Sight seeing!!

Wednesday we did (I did) laundry.  Jim walked the town and visited the historic house and was talking to the lady there.  Told her what we do, and then i got  to meet her and we talk about the town.  We meet 1 of the locals that his family has lived there since 1772.  It was his birthday, 92 years young,  said he had to get his new glasses before he went for his driving test.  We drove around to look at some of the other little towns.  Came home early, we go see the Whales on Thursday.  will continue  ww

Epping,NH

We got here yesterday a.m.  Jim made me sleep in a Flying J (he is such a "Bad Boy") .   The track here is very nice, they have little towns connected with lots of trees and mountains between.  1st place we went to was good old wal-mart.  Picked up supplies and came back home to unload.  We then went to the beach in the Hampton's.  Talk about some old beautiful houses they are just Gorgeous.  But, its a tourist trap.  Lots of stores with nick-knacks.  K.C. and The Sunshine Band is going to be playing at the park on Saturday (darn can't go) we race that night.  Jim had some real good calm chowder!!!   Going back to explore what else there is to see.  The beach is nice and pretty, the water is o.k. not blue,  lots of people go there to swim( hey is that where JAWS was) hummmm!!!  Stay cool my friends and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Canada to New Hampshire !!!

Yeah !!!  Were head back to the good oh "U.S.A."  just for the week then back to Canada.  Racing went very good this weekend.  It rain Friday all day, but on Saturday it was nice we ran about 6 p.m... We then had the steak BBQ  with the fixing and a band that played till 1a.m.  It rained Sunday a.m.  it didn't look to good but,  then it turned out to be a beautiful day we got our pass in about  6:30p.m..  We then just hung out with the other racers.  Today is a holiday for the Canadians.  We talk to you later take care.  Be cool.  Jim and WW

My Stars!!!

My Stars just get done cleaning Delila, unloading the race car and getting it ready to run,  make breakfast lunch what ever time it is.  Sit to play on the computer and Jim comes in to say we will be racing at 6p.m...  Its only 2:30 now.  He's try to make me nerves(  it not going to work).   So will talk to you later.  Stay cool my friends.  Jim and WW

Luskville, Ontario

We are here in Luskville, will be racing on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Yesterday we went into town to get a few groceries and get ribs.  We invited some friends over for them, last night.   They had lots of rain here and Delila got stuck so we need the end loader to pull us out.  So take care and keep cool.  Jim and WW

Ottawa, Ontario

Happy Birthday Maverick

Yesterday was Maverick's 9th birthday.  We are here in Ottawa,Ontario at our friends Paolo and Shannon.  We went out to dinner and then had Dairy Queen ice cream cake.  Today we plan to run around town and check things out.  We will be heading out to Napierville, Quebec tomorrow to get ready to race there.  We are going to site see at Montreal to go on this bus that drives on the road and then goes into the water.  Take April to the the cathedral of Norte Dame.  Talk to you later stay cool.  Jim and WW

Elliot Lake,Ontario

Elliot Lake, Ontario

We are now in Elliot Lake got here yesterday.  Set the cars up for the car show. Back in Sudbury,Ontario

Hey everyone were back in Sudbury for a day then we head up to Elliot Lake, Ontario.  St.Thomas was great the weather was fantastic.  Got all the pass in, Jim went real fast on one of the passes.  Maverick is doing real good with the Jr dragster.  The new clutch is making him go faster now.  He started out at 14:60,  at 38 miles, now he is at 13:70 at 43 miles.  So he is going a little faster.  But he loves it!!!  You all will have to check out the  Diamond Jim Racing web site to see the new car.  I will try to write again,  not having Internet all the time isn't fun.  Stay cool my friends talk to you later.

Sudbury,Ontario Canada

Sorry that i haven't kept everyone up to par.  But, now that we are in Canada we don't aways have Internet.  I have it now so i thought i would let you know "What's Up!!".  We had our race in Luskville, and North Bay it went real good.  Now we will head for Elliot Lake, Ontario for the weekend there.  Maverick is going to a science camp here.  He is really enjoying that.  They have a mine that you go down under to see how they get uranium.  There are lots of things to see here.  Probably need more then 1 week to check every thing out.  So stay cool and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Luskville racing over!!

Had a great time racing this weekend at Luskville.  We will leave on Wednesday to Ottawa to another track to display the car.  Then we head for North Bay, Ontario.  It was quit busy with Jim in the jet . and Maverick in the Jr. dragster.  All of the 3 runs that Jim made in the jet went great.  Maverick's got to make 3 passes after we had to replace the clutch.  Then on today Jim put April in the jet  to let her get the feel of the jet car.  She was so excited about the power she had with the fire and smoke coming out the back.   Will write more later. In Alymer, Quebec

We went to Ottawa to see the sight and sounds.  Went to the children's museum, to see the imax Under the Sea.  That was awesome it was the 1st time we saw it.  After that fun day !!!  Jim ending the evening with taking me to do laundry.?????   Whats up with that!!!     We are going to Wally World to get some paint brushes.  We had a blow out on the rear tire and busted the side panel out.  So now he has to patch it together so Delila doesn't look like she was in a war!!!  Well stay cool now and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Racing has begun!!!!!

Well we are back from flying everywhere and now we just had our 1st race in Grand Bend,Canada..  We ran twice on Saturday and once on Sunday.  Maverick got to make passes on Friday and Saturday.  Then when he was getting ready to run on Sunday morning the clutch broke.  So now we have to wait till the next track for some friends to bring a new one for him.  So take care everyone and have a great week.  Jim and WW

Still in Sterling!!

Not to much going on.  Jim's working on getting the car ready for the new paint design.  Can't wait to see it!!  I have been seeing all the friends and going to rummage sales a little.  Catching up on things to do in Delila.  And getting all the racing stuff back into her.  We went to dinner with a few of our friends.  That was nice,we hadn't seen them for a while.  But i tell you we are so tried of this rain and cold.  So we just keep dreaming about P.V. ..  We talk to everyone later.  Jim and WW

On the Road Again

We just left April's and now on the way to Illinois.  We have lots of work to do there.  We had a great time  with Maverick's 1st Communion.  We took him out for breakfast of his choice (Denny's).  He did a good job he got to take the host up with the girl with the wine.  The priest is real nice and his robe that he wears has lambs on it with the kids name and date of the 1st Communion.  Now we get ready for Delani's baptism.  We will do this in Illinois, all the family is there and know one has seen her.  I will be seeing you all soon.  So don't be surprised.  Jim and WW

Happy May Day !!!!!!

Happy May Day my friends.  Sorry that i haven't written in such a long time.  But the kids were down then we had some friends down all at the same time.  And then had to quick get packed to come back.  So we are back in the states now.  We came back at the right time.  Now we are at April's in Georgia and will be going back to Illinois on Monday.  Then the work begins when we get there.  Well my friends hope to see you all soon.  Jim and WW

Getting ready!!!

Boy this next week Jim and i won't know what to do.  We have April, Ben, Maverick and Delani coming in on Thursday a.m.  so we are getting excited to see them.  Then on Friday we have Micheal and Carrie coming in at a.m..  So we have, oh take that back i have been cleaning to get ready. Then Saturday we are going to have our Open House Fiesta.  Monday we did nothing but goof around and then went to Vallarta.  Juan called and said that he had a painting done for us and to see if we could pick it up.  So, Otto, Maria and us went 1st to Costco and then to see Juan.  The painting is beautiful.  If you check on the shutter fly you would see it.  I am baking a cake for Ben now so he will have something from home that he likes.  He is coming from Afghanistan now. Wednesday i went out with the girls, we went to Pitallal to look for some material for some curtains.  We then went to look for some jewelry for Maria B, sat at the plaza and had some fresh fruit to eat.  We walk around town a little, then went to Vallarta to walk the malacon.  Look at some paint that were on the walk way.  We went to a new Chinese restaurant.  The food was good.  After took a walk to see what Woolworth's and Lans had new.  Really it was hot so we went in there to cool off!!!  Came home and Otto invited us over for chix.  Thursday went to Irma so she could help me make the invitation for the Open House that we are going to have on Saturday.  We then went to  deliver them and ended up at the ranch for a corn and tamale roast.  Friday and Saturday did nothing but look at each other.  Today we went to church and then to Wayland's to eat and we will deliver some more invitation's.  Well friends have a great day.  Jim and WW

Cookies are done!!

Well the cookies got done and Otto came over to have some with Jim.  We then had to wait for the plumber to come over to fix the hot water in the bathroom.  It wasn't coming out at all.  He came and what happen was there was air in the line.  Jim just didn't let it run out long enough.  The charge was a beer for him to repair it.  Today we just or, Jim just painted.  I did some work on the posters for school and looked for some pictures.  Tomorrow i will go out with the girls into P.V. to eat and go shopping.  So stay warm and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Quince anos!!

Saturday we goofed around the house and rested for the fiesta that night.  We left at 3p.m. to go help them with the party decorations.   The dance all night and had a great time.  Didn't get home till 2 a.m..  Sunday we just hung around the house and Otto and Maria M.  came over for a little while.  Then we just did nothing and i mean nothing.  Today we aren't doing much just tinkering.  I am going to make some oatmeal cookies for my big kid.  The days are just wonderful here.  No stress, just sit back and enjoy the breeze and the sky.  So stay warm my friends and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Hola Friday

Hola yesterday we went into town to get food and supplies for Jim.  Then Otto and Maria M came over for a cook out.  Maria had some rib eyes and we had T-bones.  So we each had our meats and then just cook some side dishes together, while the men just talked.  Its more pleasant with 4 people eating them just 2.  Today i went Itzel school play.  She was a rabbit.  I then came home and Jim was doing a little project that he was working on.  Then at 5:30 we went to eat with Otto and Maria to our friends restaurant to eat fish.  I am going to make a cake tonight for us to have for dessert,  Otto really likes desserts. Tomorrow we have to got to a fiesta for a 15 birthday party.  Well hope your weather is good soon!!  Jim and WW

Happy Birthday!!!

Today was Bob's and Patrick b-day.  Called to wish them a special day.  Sunday we went to church had a new priest.  There were about 9 baby's to be baptized.  Just hung around the house to rest for or friends to come in on Monday.  Monday Sandra,Robert,John and Suzy came in on the ship for the day.  We picked them up at 8am and went to see Wayland and Aruna, after that took then to Punta Mita, then to Sayulita had lunch there. Then took them back to the ship at 4:30.  We had a great time and was glad to see them.  Tuesday the kids came by and brought a chicken for lunch.  We them just talk about how they were doing and played with the little one.  I then watched Dancing with the Stars, and Jim and Itzel were hungry so we have pancakes for supper that's what she wanted. We then took them home and we came home.  Today Maria M, Maria B. and I went to Pitallial to go look for material for curtains but they didn't have any more till 10 days.  We pick up other stuff and then came home.  Otto and Maria M. came over for chicken George.  Thursday we are going to have a cook out with them. Just been lazy ???

Hola Amigos  Sorry that i haven't kept you up to date.  Just been lazy about getting on the computer.  But since Bob left on the 4Th.  Friday we went to our friends Chuy's house to have a little get together .  Then on Saturday Maria, Otto and us went to eat on the beach for early supper, then went to walk the malecon and see the show with clowns. Sunday went to church had breakfast.  Came home and then later,Maria, Otto, Jim and I went to Gustavo's ranch for Amelia's birthday party.  We had a great time there and then went to Chuy's house they were having a birthday party for one of our friends.  So we didn't get home till late. Wednesday  the girls and i went to Punta Mita (that is the beach at the tip of the bay) to go swimming and have some lunch.  We then walked the town and it checked out.  Thursday was Chuy's birthday called to wish him a happy birthday, then at 8:30 p.m. they called to have a little get together and have some tacos for supper.  Friday evening Maria, Otto and us went to Outback to eat salmon and other seafood to eat.  After that went to the malecon, they were having a singing contest for kids 20 and under.  Some of those kids can really sing.  We then went to see Juan and Anna introduced them to Maria and Otto.  Saturday so far i had a pedicure and made lunch.  Jim is out back making more furniture.  But i promise i will write tomorrow to let you know what goes on. Bob flew back home

Sunday we went to church and Bob walked the beach.  Then we went to Waylands for breakfast and listen to some music.  That evening Bob took us out to eat at a restaurant on the beach.  Monday took him to the airport at 7am.  After that Jim and I went to the marina ,and walked it then went to eat at Mr. Creams.  Stayed at home that evening.  Monday we just relaxed and did nothing.  Otto and Maria came over we sat in the back yard.  Then went to Maria's to get her supper and ate our house.  Just sat around again and talked.  Tuesday Jim did some work and i did a little. I cooked and then Maria and Otto came over and we all ate together.  Our other friends Juan and Anna came over for  supper  that night.  We cooked out with the meal that they brought over. We had a great time they had not seen the house yet and they liked it.  Wednesday the hot water heater broke so that will be another project for Jim to work on tomorrow.  Otto and Maria took me to Costco to look for a plant and to shop around. we stopped at Home Depot for Otto to get some stuff, then came home.  Tonight we just had left overs for supper.  Tomorrow who know what we plan to do?  Well my friends stay warm.  Jim and WW

Saturday

Jim went to get Wayland and Arulna to bring them to the house to see what we done to the house.  They haven't seen it since Thanksgiving.  After they got here and saw the house we went to San Vincente to Fidels to eat.  It was  Wayland, Arulna, Otto, Maria, Bob, Jim and I  we all had a great time there.  After that Jim took them back home.  And then we just hung around the house just relaxing and talking.  Well my friends stay warm and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Thursday and Friday

Thursday was the last day that the workers worked.  Now we can sleep a little later with out hammering or banging.  We took them home to take all the equipment home.  Then we took them out to eat at their sisters restaurant.  Boy did Bob have a good time Friday it was a family place, we had Irma come down to that, is her sister, also.  So we filled up the place with all of us there.  We got home about 11:30p.m..  Then on Friday we sleeped in late and then went to the store to pick up some groceries.  Then we came home and went to Wayland's to listen to a Salsa band and have dinner.  Bob, Otto, Maria,  and Jim and I.  The food was great and the music was very good to listen to. Friends come to visit!!!

Our friend Nascar Bob is down from Canada.  He came in on Monday evening, took him to see the beach and show him the town a little.  Tuesday he wanted to  take a easy and do a little tanning.  We went to Hidden Paradise to eat supper on the beach, Bob ate red snapper on the grill.  He really enjoyed that Jim had the seafood kabob, I had the coconut shrimp. Wednesday i went out on the town with the  girls on "Our Girls Day Out" we did a lot of walking.  Took the bus to Pitallial then looked for some little crosses.  Walk to eat Chinese food. from there we took the bus to downtown and walked the malcon. Went to church to get our ashes. Went to the mall to get a phone repaired and then picked up a few groceries had to be careful we were riding the bus.  We got home about 6p.m.  Jim and Bob went to the Terminator and the tequila factory.  Ate at the beach saw the spot wear  the "Night of the Iguana" was filmed.  They came home and then we went to walk the malcon at night.  Ate at the Paradise Burger then went to Cheeky Monkey's for some drinks.  My dogs were real tried from walking so much. One Week!!!

Slow week just been work on little things here.  Wednesday went to a little birthday party for a little while.  Saturday night went to sell t-shirts for the fundraiser at the orphanage.  Came home late and then had to get ready because we are going to have some friends over for a little picnic.  This time we had lots of fun and drank lots of tequila.  We started had 1:30 and every one left at 8:30.  Tomorrow Nascar Bob will be coming in from Canada to spend a week with us .  So we will be acting like we are on vacation.  Will keep in touch this week to let you know what goes on with us and Bob.  Stay warm my friends.  Jim and WW

FIRE !!! FIRE !!!!

Lets see Thursday all we did was paint and clean the powder from the door that they put in the room.  Then we got ready to put things away.  It was a hard days works.  I told my foreman that he best tell the boss that i need a day off.  With pay !!!!   Friday we were still painting and cleaning the powder from the door that they put in on Monday.  Jim was down stairs working  and then i heard this noise and yelled at Jim about some smoke and he just said it was nothing.  So i went upstairs to look out on the deck and the field was on FIRE.  I yelled at Jim again,  and said it was nothing.  I said dammit go look!!  Then yelled call the fire dept.  Well they don't have 911  here.  I had to call 3 different #'s and they gave me other #'s  to call but i had no pen.  So i called the 4 one and told them they were call #4  and i was not going to call anymore, told them where the fire was and he said o.k.  It took about 5 minutes to get here.  Which Jim and i thought was pretty quick!!  Saturday did more painting and then went to  get some sod for the front yard it looks so much nicer. after that we went to  a  friends open house at his bar. Sunday got up to go to church, then went to breakfast.  Went to Maria's to go with her to the flea market that they have on Sunday.  Came home to do a little more painting and water the grass.  Put the Christmas decorations up in the storage unit.  Got done and came in to eat.  So we are very poot !!!   So its time for bed.  Stay warm my friend and family and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

New Door!!!

Tuesday after noon they came to install the new door upstairs.  Talk about a big mess!!!  They had to knock the concrete out of the wall to put the door.  So there was all this dust in my room.  So i have a big mess to clean up.  Today i went with Maria and Flora from Bucerica, Maria my neighbor from Mezcales.  We all went on the bus to Vallarta to go to the movies and do some shop, then we went to get some Chinese food to take home.  We had a great time just us girls all out.  So we plan to do another trip in 2 weeks.  Jim and the other husbands stayed home.  So my friends and family stay warm.  Jim and WW

Happy Birthday!!!

Today's my birthday!!  Am 39 again.  Holly is back from Iraq!!!  That's the greatest present to know that now she is safe and sound at home.  Today we went to church our priest is out of the hospital now, but will take about 20 more days to heal.  Then went to breakfast.  Came home to make banana bread, it smells good in here.  Jim took me to Hidden Paradise to eat supper.  They have excellent coconut shrimp.  Well my friends stay warm and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Slowing down !!!

We have a little bit of work to do left.  Thank god were getting tried.  We have some friends coming on the 23Th this month which will be nice.  Because then we can rest!!  Thursday i took another day off, and baked some blueberry muffins.  Friday i got all the clothes out to friends and the kids at the orphanage.  Now all i have left is to clean the trailer and put the Christmas stuff away.  We had a humming bird fly into Delila and fell on the ground.  So Pancho pick him up and breath on him a little.  Then he started to move, but was still numb.  So we put him in a paper towel in the kitchen and left him there for 1:30 and then he was ready to move.  So i picked him up and took him to the feeder and he sat on my finger to eat and sat there then flew away.  Today i took the dog to get bath and groomed.  She is so much cleaner now and has a short haircut. I'm baking!!!

Not to much is going on.  We went to Home Depot yesterday, and made a coupe of other errands.  After that we went to gab tacos for supper.  Today i took the day off and made some choc. chip cookies.  I have to go to Sam's to buy hot dogs, for our dog that we have here.  The kids only feed her left overs.  But since we have none i give her hot dogs.  Talk to you all later and stay warm my friends.  Jim  and WW

Foosball Day

Well lets see today we went to church i was asked to take money again.  Our priest is still sick. So our new priest has the baptisms after church.  There were about 10  babies today.  Then then came to ask me if i spoken Spanish and English.  And i said English,  they wanted to tell the people who get the host in their hands that they are suppose to lick the crumbs from they hands.  Not to rubber their hands together to get the crumbs off because that is part of the host.  After that we went for breakfast and at 3 we went to Otto and Maria's for some German food.  We had pork roast with dumplings red cabbage and carrots with gravy it was very good.  We then came home to watch the game.  Well Jim to watch the game, I'm playing with the computer.  Stay warm my friends and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Been Slacking

There really has been anything going on, then just working on the house.  We went to our friends birthday party on Monday.  On Sunday we went to friends house to have a cook out.  Last night we went to other friends birthday party did lots of dancing and drinking there.  We went to Tepic to go with our friends we were suppose to go for 2-3 days.  But Gustavo got called back and so it was just a day trip.  We had fun we stopped at San Blas and ate at a little restaurant on the beach.  Sunday we will have lunch with Otto and Maria at there house some German food.  We finally got the washer and dryer going some who is going to do laundry NOW!!!   Well my friends stay warm and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Been Quiet!!

It's been real quiet this week the workers didn't work this week.  We have to wait 15 days before they can take the broads down from the deck upstairs.  So they went to do a little job.  We went to church on Sunday and the new priest waited till after church to baptist the 19 baby's.  Our regular priest is sick, we don't know how bad he is but hopefully not very bad.  After church we came home and then went to our friends ranch and had a little fiesta there.  After that we went to play pool for a while then we came home.  Well my friends stay warm.  Jim and WW

Great Time!!

Saturday night we went to the birthday party.  Had a great time to see our friends family.  It was our friend Irma's son Hugo who was the birthday boy.  We ate and danced, a little of drinking.  Came home about 1:30am.  Had to come home early to go to church on Sunday.  Sunday went to church and then went out to breakfast.  Came home to rest a little and then went to the next birthday party.  This one is Isabel's sister Pille.  It was at Isabel's mom house with all the family we ate, had cake then danced and danced.  We then came home about 10pm.  Monday  we cleaned the rest of the weeds in front of the house so i it looks very beautiful.  Next to spray and kill all insects and weeds. Get ready to plants some trees and plants.  Went to the orphanage to take the Christmas gifts and shoes to  them.  They were very happy to have them.  Stay warm my friends talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Not Much Going On!!!!

Wednesday the electrician came so he can get the 220  installed.  They have been working on the roof to get it set up for the cement.  The cement was going to be here on Friday, so we waited but never came.  Then they called and said that they could fit us in on Saturday 6am.  Jim got up and said that they would be here at 8am.  But no they were here at 6am.  So it was kind of nice to see the pumper at 6am it was dark!!!  So the guys got done working at 10:30  then we cleaned a little of the lot across the street cutting the weeds.  And then they went home.  Friday i went to my school to raffle off the bikes that i had, they had the last name to win.  So they were have happy.  Next year i would like to bring 3 girls and 3 boys bikes down.  So we can pick from  each class.  We have to get ready to go to a birthday party tonight and then we have 1 on Sunday at 2pm.  So now we worked and now time to rest and spend time with or friends.  We stay warm and will talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Time to Rest !!!!

Monday the kids left at 8a.m.  That meant the we had to get up real early.  Got them off then we came home and i went back to bed.  Just relaxed all day,  then Tuesday had to put all the kids toys away and take down the play pen and put it all away till they come back in April.  Cleaned the kitchen and put some Christmas ornaments away.  We went out last night with our friends Otto and Maria to a new restaurant.  It was good food but very experience.  Today i will go to the school to give away the girl and boy bike away today.  Will write more stay warm my friends.  Luv Jim and WW

New Year's Day

We went to our friends house, April and Delani stayed home they were tried.  We had gone to the beach earlier.  We stayed out till about 2:30  we never made the fireworks.  But had a good time at the party.  The next morning we went to the beach, stayed there till 6p.m.  came home to rest.  Went to the orphanage a couple of times to drop off the Christmas presents but no one was there.  Will have to try tomorrow night.  April and the kid's leave in the morning.  They won't be back till April and Ben will be here to then.  Then it will be back to work and get things together, take the tree down and decide what kind of furniture to get.  Well talk to you later stay warm my friends.
