Been Sick

Sorry for not writing not much has been going on.  The baby and i have been sick so we having been doing anything.  At least Maverick has about 8 boys in the neighbor hood to play with and some speak English.  I went to the Dr. yesterday got a shot and have to go for 2 more.  Here they give shot no medicine.  I do feel better to day so we may go into town later.  Will keep in touch, but in the mean time stay warm where ever yo are.  Jim and WW

Feliz Navidad

Feliz Navidad  -  Merry Christmas  we would love  to wish everyone.  Today we opened up presents ate a little breakfast and the went to the beach.  We had a great time there. There were lots of kids so Maverick had a blast.  Delani liked putting her tiny feet in the sand but did not like the ocean water.  We then came home  and showed  and watched a little t.v...  Well my friends stay warm.  Jim and WW

1st Night in Home!!!

Wednesday night was the 1st night that we stayed in the house.  It was like staying in a hotel.  Thursday i went with Maria and Anna to Pitillta to take her to the dentist.  Then we walked about a 12 block radius.  Left at 10am and came back at 6pm.  We were exhausted. Drove to Bucericas to drop some material off to have some curtains made.  Sorry that i haven't written but the kids came in and we have been sick.  Friday i took the presents to my school for the kids Christmas party.  Then came home to clean a little and rest.  Went to the church for the 15th birthday mass.  Left there to pick up April, Maverick and Delani.  The change of weather made the baby sick so we haven't been doing anything.  We didn't make it to 2 fiesta.  But we have a lot more to do,  Stay warm my friends and will write more later.  Jim and WW

Kids,Kids, Kids !!!!!

Today we went to take school supplies to my kids at school.  They were very happy to see us.  I handed out the supplies to them and then tool some pictures.  The batteries went dead, so i only got 3 pictures of 1 class.  The kids will keep the supplies there till Friday, so i can take they pictures.  Friday they have the Christmas party and that's when i will take the back packs, stuff animals and the bikes for the older boy and girl.  They are excited that we will be there again.  They like to have they pictures taken.  Then went to the electric  company to request the we want 220  and i had to wait 2:30 hours to tell then.  Then they wanted the line put in before they would do anything so we argued about them to wait till Wednesday for them to come.  Came home and clean upstairs and Blanca cleaned downstairs.  I went to clean Delila and brought somethings to the new fridge.  Got the extra ready for April and the Kids to come on Friday.Stay warm my friends and talk to you later.  Jim and WW

We got a Fridge!!!

Well today we got up early to go buy our appliances.  But all we got was just the fridge.  We have to wait till Monday to see the stoves, they have a new shipment coming in.  Went to Sam's  Wal-mart,  Home  Depot,  bought globe's for the fans.  Some wrought iron for Jim to make a chandler for the living room.  Then we finally ate.  Took the laundry to get done, socializes with some friends. Then they deliver the fridge to night.  Stay warm my friends.  Jim and WW

Day to Relax !!!!!

We went to church this morning. Sunday that is, after staying out late we had to take a siesta.  Then Jim worked on putting up some fans in the house.  And I did NOTHING!!!  I did get up to cook some breakfast and supper.  Then just goof off.  Today  went to COSTCO  to buy a mattress pad.  Got our beds made up and then putted out the school supplies out for us to take them to school on Wednesday.  Just have to do some last minute things before Delani, Maverick and April get here.  Tomorrow we will go to buy the appliances to get them here by Friday.  I forgot to tell you guys that we had another pet humming bird fly in the house,  he was in here for about 6 hours and then got tried and landed and Jim picked him up and set him on the feeder and then flew away. Fiesta

Saturday just didn't do much.  Yet right,  i forgot that i made breakfast then made a watermelon basket and deviled eggs to take to the neighbor block party.  Jim finished painted the wrought iron  in front and keep eating the eggs.  Went to the party at 7:00pm.  We walked around the house singing for a place to have Baby Jesus be born.  After that the girls did a Hawaiian dance Christmas style.  That was very cute to see.  We ate everyone brought a dish to pass.  Then there were 11 pinatas to break.  We all started to dance and have fun.  Didn't get home till 2:00am.  And we have to get up at 9:00am to go to church.  Well my friends stay warm and  talk to you later.  Jim and WW

Little Detail Work

These last few days just been working on detail work.  Wednesday night we went to San Vincente to the posada at our friends house.  It's like a block party with a band and they had 16 pinatas.  Everyone shared their food.  We danced till 12:30am.  Thursday i took the laundry get washed. We were going to the other fiesta tonight to listen and dance at the plaza with the band. But, we were to tried to go,  we have to get up early on Friday.  Today we went to Vallarta to the Lady of Guadalupe celebration today.  We walked 17 blocks to the church.  There were some people who went barefooted and some on there knees.  Once we got to the church everyone got blessed and the gifts and flowers were givens as an offering.  It was real exciting to see.  Well keep in touch and stay warm.  Jim and WW

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!

I forgot to tell everyone that our daughter Tiffany was just promoted to a 1st Lt. in the Army.  We are very proud of her.  Congratulations T.T !!!!  Love Dad and Mom

Relax What's That

Sunday we went to church they had 15 kids being baptized that morning.  We then went out for breakfast and came home.  The electric made a big mess with cutting holes in the cement and lots of dust all over.  Not much to do because the electric was off.  Went to the town plaza to see what was going on there.  Monday  cleaned the dust, put the bed frame together.  Jim move the computer, then went a day without it because something happen.  But  we got it working again.  Thank God!!!  A humming bird flew in the house and was stuck in our bedroom.  We finally caught him, but he was very tried.  Let him lose by the bird feeder and then he flew away .  He was very cute and tiny.  We stay warm my family and friends take care.  Jim and WW

shopping and movies

Today was a day to relax.  Jim stayed home and worked on little things and watched t.v..  I went to town with Maria and the girls to Vallarta to shop for sweaters and go to the movies.  We watched some vampire movie.  It was o.k.  Then we picked up some Church's fry chix.  Well my friends stay warm where every you live.  Jim and WW

Worked a little

Today we did little things, er had a lunch date with our new neighbors.  they tool us to a new restaurant that they liked then we took then to one of ours.  We then had some drinks and then came home for just a minute.  Because we went to Ed and Maria's to get the laundry.  Came home at 11:00 , I have to get up early to run with Maria and the girls to Vallarta and go to the movies.  Stay warm where ever you live.  Jim and WW

Christmas Tree is UP!!!

Wednesday we pulled the tree out from the trailer.  And some of the other decorations.  Then it was i had to find the lights.  It was fun with the 3 year old who has not had a tree before.  Today we finished with the tree to put the ornament's on, we first had to buy hooks.  Now tomorrow we will put some lights outside.  We got the dresser in today so maybe they will bring the mattress by Friday to put in the room. Still working

Lets see Saturday we worked on little detail stuff. Then went to La Cruz to Wayland's it was his birthday.  We ate there listens to the band, then sang h.b. to Wayland and had cake.  Sunday waited for the electrician to come and, never showed up.  So we did little things again.  Monday clean the dishes that have been stored for all this time, i now have dish pan hands.  Today, Tuesday  Maria and I went to Vallarta and Pitattail (a little town) to check prices on other appliance's. Came home and put the Christmas tree up.  But now i have to look for the lights and ornament's.  That will be the protect tomorrow.  So stay warm.  Jim and W.W.

Thanksgiving Party

We had a good time Thursday to celebrate Thanksgiving and Jim birthday.  We had 25 friends that came. They were here till about 11:30, most had to go to work the next day.  Today will be a day to relax with all the work that we have been doing the last few days.  Hopefully we will be getting the furniture and appliances in next week.  We stay warm.  Jim and WW

Painting is Done !!!!!!

We just got all the painting done.  What a relief, they came to spray the house and yard so now i have to wait till Thursday to clean.  That's cutting it close for Thanksgiving.  Now hopefully next week the appliances will get delivery.  Then we can start moving things in the house.  We did go to the beach to eat on Sunday.  It was nice just to sit there and see the calm waters.  well talk to you later and be warm.  Jim and WW

Had a MASSAGE!!

We have finished painting the dining room and then we called our massage guy to come to the house.  Boy did that every feel so good and relaxing.  It was every better because he came to the house.  Well now we have the kitchen and living room left to do.  Hopefully we well get the kitchen done Saturday. Still working

Well let me tell you this is no vacation!!!  All we have been doing is  working on getting the house painted and the repairs that need to be done.  I just told Jim and we have 5 days to get it done.  Because we are going to have Thanksgiving dinner here with some friends.  After painting then we have to go shopping for turkeys and in the trailer to find the food that i brought down.  So keep in touch and will talk to you later.  Jim and W.W.

HOLA AMIGOS

Hey we are here in Mexico.  We got here on Saturday about 4p.m. and called Irma to see if she could take us to the car.  But we went to eat some Chinese food 1st.  Then went to get the car. Spend some time at Irma´s and then went to see friends in San Vincente.  Then ended up at a fiesta that they were going to some friends of ours.  Stayed there till about 10p.m.  Went home we were pooped.  Went to church on Sunday stopped to see some other friends and went running around.  Monday went into town to get some stuff done there´, went to eat at Eddy and Maria´s for supper.  Tuesday and Wednesday we have been working like dogs cleaning and painting we got to rooms done and working on another.  So have to go back to work but will write more,  Everyone take care.  Jim and W.W.

Go South My Friends!!!!!

Went to San Antonio,TX.  late Monday night.  Stayed at Walmart to watch a little Dancing with the Stars.  Jim walked to the bar to watch some football.  Mom got a rental car for me on Tuesday so we ran around and got a bit to eat.  Jim hung out with Delila and catching up on some work.  Then Wednesday Delila got a flat so we had to fix that.  I got mom and went running around again, she was free, free to run around with the car.  Showed mom a little on how to get on the computer to check her mail. Watched to see who got the boot on Dancing with the Stars.  Then left mom's and meet Jim at the Flying J (That sounds so naughty).  Got up early today to return the rental and now we are off to Mexico.  I will quick give you an up date at the border.  Because then i won't be able to tell you something till we get to the home in Mexico.  So keep in touch.  Jim and W.W.

Texas here we come!!

We got to K.C. and Linda's town late Friday night. So we stayed at good old Walmart.  K.C.  came over at 9:30 a.m. , we then took Delila to the race track and left her there.  We went to get breakfast and got the tour of the town. Went home to just chill out.  Watch a little tv the guys had to hang out in the garage.  Then later we went to Red Lobster for supper.  Saturday went to breakfast did a little laundry.  The guys watched football and racing, while the girls went shopping. Picked up pizza and watched a movie.  We then left in a.m. for Texas.  Write more later Jim and W.W.

Oklahoma,Ok.

We left are friends Jack and Phyllis,who live in the Ozarks. We went to the lake and sat there and help them get some stuff out to close the cabin and cut up some wood for the winter. Then stopped at the store to pick up some stuff and went shopping(window shopping).  Came to the house and ate supper watch a little t.v. then hit the sack.  The next day we sat out side had lunch and talked, at 5:30 we went to our other friends Robert and Sandra had supper there.  Then we played hand and foot card game,that was pretty interesting.  The women won, of course.  So now we head to OK. to see some other friends.  So everyone keep in touch and talk to you later. Heading down South

Well here we go.  Poor Delila just doesn't like the cold weather, she didn't want to start.  So we are now on our journey to Mexico.  I am a little sad that i didn't get to tell everyone "See you later and have great Holidays and to stay warm.  But mostly to give hugs and get them back.  First stop that we have is in the  Lake of the Ozark to see some friends. Georgia here we come!!

On the read to Georgia to leave some stuff.  We left on Tuesday a.m. to April's.  But Delila got sick so luckily she broke right by a mechanic.  We got her fixed and on the way we go down the road.  Maverick had football practice on Thursday p.m..  And on Friday we went to the Halloween party at school.  It was good Maverick was a twig for Delani because she was a little lady bug.  It was very cute.  April was Minnie Mouse and i was the Nun!!  Did the old cake walk, we won cupcakes and a sour cream bundt cake.  Saturday went to Maverick's football game they won 14 to 42. After that we came home and had a little lunch and April and I went shopping to pick up a few things.  Tomorrow we will be going to church and then head out to Ill. for a few days.  It's getting cold and we have to get out of town. Back in Sterling

Were back in Sterling for a few days. Just try to finish up the packing to get ready to head for Mexico.  It's rain today so not much work is getting done.  The race in Canada went very well.  Bob an i went running around town to see different things. Off to see the Queen land

We left last night to go to Canada for the last race up here.  It is going to be very cold, we had to break out the coats here in Michigan.  We will make 4 pass between Friday - Sunday.  Then we go back to Sterling.  To finish pack for Mexico, we do little by little.  I will keep in touch with you all when we get back into the states.  So my friends up north we will try to stay warm with you. Super Chevy Show

We were at the Atlanta Motor Speedway talk about a nice complex.  We made 1 pass on Saturday at 1:30,went real good.  April, Ben, Maverick, and Delani came to see us make the 2ND pass.  Went to the line and the battery post fried where we were at the line.  So we didn't get to make the pass, but Ben was able to be at the line to see and hear a jet up close.  Also Jim was able to see to we were able to move him so he saw everything.  We then cooked out and talk with everyone.  The kids drove back home, April and the kids came back Sunday.  We made the two pass. And after the we were all done and pack up ready to go Jim told April to get Bob and me to go take a lap on the oval track.  So Bob filmed while April drove the tahoe on there.  But would go up on the very top of the turn.  But that was o.k. we all had a blast. So now we head for Sterling,IL. to get ready to leave Thursday for St. Thomas,Canada for the weekend. So my family and friends stay cool or warm where every you live.  Jim and W.W

On the Road Again

Let's see Jim was happy that the Bears won.  He said that they sat so high when the jets went over their heads that they could almost touch them.  Sylvia, Isabel and I went out to eat and played a little wii. That game can make you dizzy. We worked on loading the trailer Monday and Tuesday.  Run up to Rockford on Wednesday and didn't get back to late.  Had to do laundry and grocery shop for us to leave today for Atlanta, Ga.  to race down there.  Poor Delila she didn't want to start.  But Jim talk to her and told her that he would get her out of the cold real soon.  We have 2 races left after this 1. St. Thomas, Canada  and 2. St. Louis  after that no more.  We have to head south.  Well my friends and family stay cool or warm were ever you live.  Jim and W.W.

Not Much

Not much has been going on.  We have been working on cleaning out the storage unit, to get stuff loaded to take to Mexico.  Went to a few rummage sales.  Today went to church and breakfast. Jim will go with Patrick, Ryan and Dan to the bears game tonight.  I will hang out with Sylvia and Isabel.  No telling what we will do?  I hope the bears win so Jim will be happy Ya Right.  Its just a game!!!  They always get paid on Monday.  That's what he always tell me.  Well my friends will talk later.  Its time to stay cool or warm where you live.  Jim and W.W

National Trail Raceway

We left Friday morning for our race in Columbus,Oh.  Had a nice ride down got to is our friend K.C Jones on the hi-way.  We then continued down the road to stop at Flying J to eat and then head to the track.  Saturday we set the car up and got ready for the race at 3 & 6.  We raced close to those time.  First round was o.k. , 2 round was great. Mike the guy who raced against us broke after 1st round so we had a solo.  Then went to town to grab a bite to eat at a family owned pizza place.  The pizza was very good.  Then went home to watch a movie and got up today to start heading back to Illinois.  Today is road trip day.  Well my family and friends stay cool or warm for those who live way north. Jim and I together !!

Yeah were back together again.  We both missed each other.  I had a great time with my new granddaughter Delani  and Maverick  my boy.  We did lots of things together and had lots of fun.  So now i get ready to go to Columbus, Oh. to go racing. Then get ready to get stuff to go to Mexico.  We are both chomping at the bit to get going on our winter vacation. We my family and friends stay cool and will write more.  Jim and W.W.

Football Game

Hey today we went to some rummage sales, and then went to Maverick's football game. That was pretty exciting to see the little kids tackle each other. This was Delani's first game to go to.  She was so excited that she slept thought the whole game.  We lost our first game, but just by 1 point so that wasn't to bad.  Then we can home to give the baby a bath. And have a cook out.  Ben came home Friday night, his been gone all week long.  But had to come see his boy play football.  We my friends will write more later. Doctors

Let see we got up early today to get Maverick off to school today and quick got Delani ready to take her to the Dr's. office today for a check-up.  All is well she gained 1#3oz.  and is 21 1/2".  She has no chubby cheeks.  Then we went shopping for some grocery's. Grabbed a bite to eat, and then came home to meet Maverick at the bus and get ready to do homework before football practice.  The weather here is quit hot here. Delani Aurelia

No pictures yet but will have some when i get back.  It was so much nicer flying to Georgia then to drive.  It only took 1:30 hours to get here.  But i got to see Delani and Maverick at the airport.  Just been adorning my new baby girl.  Helping April and Maverick out on little things with them.  Maverick and I went to see my (BBF) Chuck E. Cheese we turned in our tickets had 4853 tickets.  We got a legos pirate ship.  Today Maverick had a birthday party it was very hot and then it poured rain.  So now we are just playing around. will talk to you later my friends. Sunday Races

We had a great day on Saturday that Sunday would be a piece of cake for us to do our new job.  Got the guys to the line and started them up, went down to the end of the track saw the white smoke and heard the bangs.  Here they come down the track, then something happen to Dan's car.  He crashed and rolled the car several times. Landed in the ditch upside. Shelly and the rest of the rescue got to him to help him out. We got Jim out of the car and our crew ran him down to see how he was.  They packed him in the ambulance and took him to the hospital.  He stayed over night to make sure he was O.K.  Dan was let out about 12:00p.m.  All is well with Dan he will be a little sore, but he is here with us.  And that's all that matters.  The car is totaled so we will see what happens next.  In the mean time my friends and family stay cool where every you live.  Jim and W.W.

Saturday races

We are in Luskville,Quebec Canada racing this weekend.  It was going to be a good one to see, father and son race with wife's as the crews.  Bob our crew chief got sick and had to go to the hospital they kept him there till Saturday in Illinois.  Dan's crew had some to do so it was just him and Shelly.  So here we are the two wife's being crew chiefs and bottle washer.  To strap the husbands in their race cars.  Pull them to the starting line. start them up and go to the end of the track, to have them meet us there.  What a rat race.  But it was a test to prove that we are tough and can do it when it comes to it. So we had 2 runs yesterday and 1 run today on Sunday. I'll let you know how things go.( They will go just GREAT!!)  Talk to you later. Stay cool my friends  Jim and W.W.

Back in Canada

Hey everyone we're back in Canada again. We left on Wednesday to race in Luskville,Quebec.  We will be back on Tuesday to Sterling. I then leave to Georgia to see the new granddaughter. Just can't wait to see her. Not to much is going on now. We have a few more races left. and then we will be heading back for Mexico in November.  We just can't wait. WE have a BABY GIRL!!!

Here we are at Cordova and i get the call  going to the hospital.  At 7:26 p.m.  we get Delaney  Aurelia  8#  21"   on Aug.23,2008.   Races went real good had lots of people there.  Got to see lots of friends, that we hadn't seen in a while.  Had a great cook out. Still NO Baby!!!

Well let see lot has been going on.  We got from Canada. I left to go to Georgia to await for the new baby to come. And nothing, drove back to IL. to go to Tiffany's Military family picnic. Still in Canada

Bonjour that's hi in french.  Be ins that we almost live in Canada i may as well learn a little(ha ha).  I found some where to use a computer to let everyone one whats going on.  We are in Napierville,Quebec Canada and we went to see a little town St.Jean they had a Wal-Mart.  But nothing like the U.S..  We then walked around the outside to see the other stores. Didn`t buy anything, darn.  We went to visit Ft Lennox and that was exciting to see its on an island you have to take the ferry there. They have lots of old stuff from in the 1800`s that was buried in the ground.  Then the next  day we went to a drive thought safari got to see lots of wild animals and walk though a tunnel to see the lions and tigers under the glass that was great got lots of pictures. Then there was a little water park that you can to into but we didn`t know that so i watched Maverick on the play ground while Jim and Bob saw the bikini`s.  We raced on saturday night some of our friends that we met in Mexico came down.  It was good to see them again. Then it rained on Sunday. So we didn`t do nothing.  I hope to go see the church of Norte Dame in Montreal tomorrow. So my friends and family stay cool where you are. Bonjour from Canada

Bonjour my friends. I am at the library to use the computer. We have been to so many places, where do i start.  We were in North Bay Ontario,Canada. Went to see the Wal-Mart there and it is not like the U.S..  We saw the river and they had a carnival there. We raced there then went to Napierville Quebec, Canada. We went to see Fort Lennox there it was built in in 1800's.  The original buildings are still there and lots of the artifacts that were buried on the island.  They showed a toothbrush that was made with wood and it at like horse hair , but that was gone already.  It was neat to see how they sleep in the barracks and the officers had their only quarters.  To get the men to enlist they could bring their family with them and live in the bar racks.  The next day we went to the park safari. That was good to drive thought and see the animals running around and come to your car. But the car over heated and they didn't like the smell.  It took a long time to get thought because once it cooled down then we would drive fast and then stop.  Then after wards in the same park they had a water park, but we didn't know that so, i watched Maverick on the play ground. While Jim and Bob watched the bikinis.  We went to see the church of Norte Dame in Montreal and that was just beautiful. To see all the detail work and carving, the stain glass and the organ pipes. We then went on a horse carriage ride around town to see all the old town and Maverick blew up to our little Chinese boy because of the hay that we didn't see any around, but he got a whiff of it.  So now we are in Elliott Lake Ontario, to race here and we went to the look out tower. I am learning some of the basic words of french.  When we were in Napierville some of our friends that we met in Mexico came down to see us race that was the first time they had been to the races. They loved what we do, but think that we are crazy. It was good to see them and we will meet in Mexico again. We saw the movie Hancock in St. Thomas Ontario and that was a good movie i will get the DVD when it comes outs.Well my friends and family stay cool where ever you are and will write more.  Jim and W.W.

In Canada

Sorry folks but in Canada there aren't very many hot spots for you to keep up with mail.  We have been racing in Canada been to North Bay, Toronto, St Thomas, in Ontario.  And now we will be going to Napierville, we were in Luskville Quebec.  Then we go back to Elliott Lake, Ontario. Racing has been real good this year to visit lots of Canada. And back to U.S.  I will then go to Atlanta to drop Maverick off he has to start school in August.  And come back to go to Luskville Quebec to race again.  We have seen lots of different things here.  We went to see a bee hive factory.  Got to see Jumbo the elephant that was killed by a train in 1889. He was the largest African elephant every.  He belong to Barnum Bailey Circus.  We went to see the Parliament in Ottawa.  That was very cool to walk thought the building.  They have the library there that is the only original part of the building. They varnished the wood and the fumes caught the wood on fire, they closed the steel doors to the library and that what saved it.  They also have a book in there that is 4 million dollars. We saw to movies on bargain day. Kung Fu Panda, then Hancock.  Who ones whats next for us to see?  Other then lots of beautiful country.  Well my friends stay cool where ever you live. In Luskville,Quebec

Sorry that i haven't keep up lately but not much has been going on.  After Cedar Falls, we went to Iowa Falls to visit some friends.  We drove thought Parkersville,Iowa that town was just so bad the tornado left nothing there for those poor people.  It just makes you feel real bad for the people there. There is a lot of cleaning up to do there.  We are now in Luskville, Quebec Canada and mostly we have seen lots of rain here.  We got our one run in on Saturday night.  Then we were going to make two runs on Sunday we went to the line to race and then it just poured cats and dogs.  So the race was canceled.  Monday we went to visit the Canada Parliament. It is very beautiful in there all the carving that they did in there the library was just lovely.  We walk to the market and saw lots of fruit and vegetables flowers and odd ball things.  Then on Tuesday we went to Walmart and to the movies to see Kung Fu Panda.  It was a cute movie. And still we see more rain.  We will be going to North Bay,Ontario to go race there. ON the Road Again

Well we left thursday  a.m. to go to Napierville,Canada.  It was a nice trip there. We got there friday about 5:30p.m..  We parked and set things up the table and grill.  Cooked and sat outside to eat.  Then at 8p.m.  it stormed, so we stayed in Delila the rest on the night and next day.  They cancelled the race about 3p.m.  So we waited till Sunday morning and it wasn't very good ,be in that it rained all night. So we will  stop and see some friends along the way.  We drove by 1000 Lakes Island in N.Y.  That was very beautiful to see the summer homes on the little islands. Just hanging out

Hola family and friends  not much going on.  Got back from Canada and doing a little work to Delila. Have to keep her in tip top shape. Been doing a little shopping for groceries and odd things we need. Other then that not to much going on. 1st Race of Season

We had our 1st race this weekend in Toronto,Canada.  The weather was a little cold and raining, but good.  We got there  Friday night and meet with track friends.  Then got up Saturday  it was raining again and cold.  Then about 4p.m. it turned out nice and the races began.  We made our 1st run about 7p.m.  Car ran real good and sounded excellent.  We only ran 1/8 of the track because the wind was blowing real bad. Then we made our 2nd pass about 11p.m.  Then they had the fireworks .  Put the car away  ate supper and went to bed to get ready to start all over again on Sunday.  Sunday came and it rained all night and morning so they cancelled the race and now we are heading back to Sterling.  So stay warm  or cool where ever you live.   Jim and W.W.

Back in Sterling

Well we went to see April,Ben,and Maverick. We ran around looking for a car but no luck. Then the boys went to PINKS in Atlanta.  They had a good time got to see some of our racing friends. So that means Maverick is ready to go racing. Jim got sick and then gave me his cold.  So April and i went shopping a little.  Mothers Day Ben grilled out and made supper for us.  That was nice.  We left Monday morning to get everyone off to work and school.  And started back to Sterling.  Now we have to get the last minute things together to go to Canada. Were still here

Hi everyone we are still here.  We got a new computer so hopefully i can keep up now.  We got in town went to see some friends in Utica.  Went to see Patrick and the grand kids in DeKalb.  So now we have to get  ready for our 1st race in Toronto Canada. We have to take all the Mexico stuff out of the moterhome and clean out the race trailer and put the racing stuff in both of them.  We went to  Cordova to start the car  today, it sounded real good.  We will go see  some friends on Monday and Tuesday and then go to Georgia to spend Mothers Day with April,and Jim and the boys will go to a PINKS race in Atlanta on Saturday.  So stay cool or warm where ever you live.  Because Jim and i need to  take that advise.  Its cold up here.  Take care  write more soon.  Jim and W.W.

WERE BACK !!!!!!!!

Hola my friends we are back!!  We came in though Texas to visit family and friends.  For a few days and then came to Missouri to see Jack and Phyllis  Sandra and Robert.   They were in Mexico for about 2 weeks there.  Spend some time on the lake with them and had a little cook out.  Then left for Illinois to see Karren our daughter with our new grandson that arrived in December.  It was great to see the new addition to the family.  We got to sit with him while the kids went to work,  We both had a good time with him to see who could make him smile more.  But guess who didn't change diapers?  Then off to Sterling to see more family and friends got to see Danny's little one she was 4 months old when we left and she is get big and cute.  She is a little ham with lots of smiles on her.  Jim and the boys went to Cordova to start the cars  and i went running around town and rummage sailing to get bargains.  Boy talk about being cold here i have to go look for more winter clothes we just have 2 shirts each and that not going to fly.  Well my friends stay warm or cool and see you all soon.  Jim and W.W.

Almost time

Well all the people in our r.v. park left we are the only ones left.  Saturday the neighbors had a farewell dinner.  The great cook out and all the Mexican fixin's.  It was good.  Then after that we left to go to one friends to see them off it was their  last night to play has a band till next November.  Then we went to say good bye to our other friends that opened up a cafe and dance classes in November and now they will leave on Monday to California.  It will be quiet here. Party all the Time !!!!!

The kids started school again so we started our 6 mile walk again.  We have to walk this steep hill,to go get Maria's daughter from school.  So last night we walked then came home to shower to go to the San Vicente fiesta.  It was 9:00p.m. when we got there.  They had 18 different bands there to play and if you wanted to hire them for something.  It was great but hard to dance to one song and hear another right next to you.  But we had a good time. Then at 1:30 there was a fight of some kind all the police ran one way and then they had a couple of guys by the throat and handcuffed, some one was throwing bottles in the air at the police.  They were readily with their  M-16 .  Boy was that frighting.  Then they left and the bands just kept playing.  Didn't get home till 3:30a.m.  now we have to rest till tonight and go to the fiesta again to hear all the new different bands.  Well, will write more.  Stay warm or cool where ever you are.  Jim and W.W.

Fiestas!!!!!

Well we have just being relaxing at the beaches. Yesterday we went to the little town of San Vincenta to the fiestas.  They last till the 5th of April.  We had a blast, they had the Down - Syndrome kids doing the folkloric dancing.  It was so cute the kids were probably 17-21 yrs, but it was like watching 4-5year olds.  They just danced their little hearts out and did a great job.  After that we went on some rides the bumper cars that is,  Listened to the band did a little dancing,  Jim got to watch some cock fighting with the guys,  He said the chickens got bloody there. Didn't get home till 3:30am.  So needless to say we didn't get up early today.  I went with Maria today to Vallarta to shop a little,  We came home and ate a little Churches fry chicken.  And now its time to watch Dancing with the Stars.  Stay warm or cool where ever you live  Jim and W,W.

Sister and Brother

Hey, my brother Bob and sister Mini, friend Carmen and Leroy all made it down here.  It was nice that we were all together.We went in shifts to show them different places here in Bucerias.  I took Carmen and Bob on the golf cart to the beach and to the market to buy gifts to take back to friends and family. Went to the beach and the malacon.  Took them to one of our friends birthday party where they had a 15 pieces band.  We danced and then they had their son dance with the dancing horse there.  It was pretty exciting.  We went to the Mexican fiesta and Bob and Mini were in the tequila contest.  Bob had to swallow tequila and give a Mexican howler.  Mini had to gargle the cucaracha.  But needless to say they didn't win.  But we had a great time.  They left today and going to Guanajuato,Mexico.  For Easter we went to church and then had some friends over for a spiral ham with sweet potato's.  They just love the American food.  Have to go we are having a farewell party for the people leaving the park that we are at.   The last three are leaving on the 1st and that will just leave us here.  We will be the last ones to leave.   Stay warm or cool where every you live.  Jim and W.W.

Time to rest

Hola my Amigos heres a tastes of what happened here. Well the kids have left we did lots of running around,  We went zip lining and we had a great time doing that.  That is one of the new things we will add to our list when family and friends come to do.  It was so cool to see the town and river from way up in the sky we were 650 feet up. Went on a day trip to the Marietta island to snorkeling  go to a beach to swim and kayaking.  Took them to the pirate ship, dune buggy.  Boy did we get very mudding. Went to the beaches so Maverick could go surfing. The great news is that we are going to be GRANDPARENTS in august.  The kids give us the news with pictures of the baby.  I am so excited. Lots of Running

We have been running and running, on the 8th for my b-day we went to Burger King for my gourmet meal.  That's because we stayed at the malacon to watch some show that they were going to have. And it turned out to be a politic show.  But we moved to the plaza and sat there to watch the Mexican dancers and the thing is they were celebrate the older ladies dancing there were some that were in their 70s and 80s that they just kick up their heels. Went to different beaches and to the town Sayulita beach and San Francisco beach.  Then we took a ride to San Sebastian it is a little town that was popular for gold and silver mining.  This town has lots of history to it.  My friend Sandra took a cooking class to make a Mexican dish and had us be her Guinea pigs. It was good i told her husband ( that now she can get married)ha ha. After that we watched the Mexican fiesta that was at the hotel.  Well all our friends are gone now till the next bunch comes.  Will get more to you later.  Stay warm or cool where ever you lived.  Jim and W.W.

Happy February

Hola Amigos  We have been beaching.  Our new friends Sandra and Robert are still in town and we have been showing them more of the real Mexico.  I took them to a Chinese restaurant yesterday and they thought it was awesome to have Mexican people to cook Chinese food.  It was real RICO  that's delicious.  We are going to a little town called Las Palams to see my friend that make clothes, to see what she has new this year and have her make a shirt for me.  We went to a Mexican fiesta at the hotel my friends are staying at we was good. We got to dance a lot. Well off to our adventures today. Who knows what will happen.  Stay tune till later.  Jim and W.W.

Never to old!!!!

Hola my friends monday we drove to Punta Mita to see all the new work that they have done out there. Talk about beautiful hotels and condos out there.  The beaches are nice and full of pelicans.  It was awesome to watch them fly and then dive into the water for the fish and watch them swallow it whole.  We also saw someone yacht with a helicopter on it.  Must be nice.  Tuesday we got up early and went zip lining or canopy its where they put a harness on you and then you put a pulley on the cable that is from one tree to another and you slide across the sky. That was really cool to be so high up in the air and the scenery was greater. After that went to the beach and had lunch and watch the whale just jump all over the water.  Then on wednesday we took or friends Jack and Phyllis to the airport, sorry to see them go.  We went back to Sandra and Roberts hotel ate Church's fry chicken and then crash the hotel beach party.  We had a good time there lots of dancing and cute guys. We are better!!

Hola everyone  we are better now. We final come out of  Delila on the 19th from our sicken.  So we have been to a funeral of two of our friends. One of our friends lost her grandma one week,then lost her mom 10 days later.  Our other friend lost her dad on the 17th and had the burial on the 19th we went to that.  Their funerals are done different here.  The coffin is all in closed with glass when you view the body.  Jim said that they don't embomb the body's. .  Our friends from Kansas came in on the 20th. We have been taken them all over to see the real Mexico. We went to see the children at the orphanage with are friends .  Went shopping , with  them to buy everyday things that they needed.  Then went back and got lots of food for them, they were running very low. The children were very happy with all the goodys that they got. We went to a wedding last night it was one of our good friends son that got marry.  Didn't get home till 3:30a.m. And today we will be going to his birthday party.  Talk about partying all the time.  Hopefully i will be able to make enters more often.  Take care and stay warm or cool where ever you live.  Till later Jim and W.W.

HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!!!!!!

Lets see Tuesday we got up late. Did a little cleaning to Delila, we had some friends coming over. Had a quick bit to eat with them.  Then took a little nap for tonight. We went to the beach in Nuevo Vallarta which is kind of the middle of the bay to see all the fireworks. It was real pretty because its like a C and you stand in the middle and see all the fireworks from one end to the other.  We had a couple of drinks and then came home.We are a little sick with the cold now so not doing much.  Just chilly out a little.  Everyone take care ,  enjoy the New Year stay warm or cool where ever you are.  Jim and W.W.
